Filip Košťálek is Artistic Director of Colours of Ostrava and a programmer and cultural producer with more than a decade of experience in the international festival scene.

Recognised by the European Festival Awards, IQ Magazine and Forbes 30 Under 30, he has played a key role in shaping innovative music programming and bringing global talent to audiences across Central Europe.
