Ipek is an industry mentor, royalties, sync and licensing specialist from Istanbul with a foundation in music management and live events.
As part of the the UK & European Guild of Music Supervisors (GMS) team, she leads partnerships and projects, supports the supervision community and contributes to the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
She founded her consultancy Meta Artist Management in 2018, empowering artists to build sustainable careers through education on copyright and talent development. Ipek also looks after performer accounts at PPL, as a genre specialist for classical and film music.
