Marie Fol

Marie Fol is a cultural mobility advocate and independent advisor. With over 15 years of professional experience, including leadership positions at Keychange and DutchCulture, Marie has been working on international cultural cooperation in the areas of artists’ mobility, fairness and social justice, gender equity, talent development, and the music industry.

In partnership with Tamizdat, Marie co-initiated Live|Arts|Lab, an international gathering aiming to define and refine strategies and initiatives that encourage fairness and equity across the global cultural ecosystem. She was President of On the Move, Board Member of Res Artis and Keychange, and Advisor to TransCultural Exchange.

Marie has published on topics related to administrative barriers to cultural mobility, international funding strategies, and digitisation of dance practices, and she has presented and chaired sessions on cultural mobility and equity at leading conferences worldwide.
