Paloma Estévez

Paloma is a NYC-based, Chilean-born performing arts manager, curator, and producer with extensive experience working with artists and cultural institutions.

She is the Director of Festival Programming at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, where she leads the Summer for the City Festival and has recently expanded her portfolio to include leading programming for the West Initiative, a new performance park and major capital campaign set to open in 2028.

Paloma began her career in Santiago, Chile, where she spent nearly a decade managing theater companies and producing large-scale cultural events, including international art summits, book fairs, exhibitions, and music festivals.

She moved to New York City in 2016 and earned her MFA in Theater Management and Producing from Columbia University.

At Lincoln Center, Paloma brings a multidisciplinary lens across theatre, dance, music, opera, and visual arts. Her work is grounded in an artist-centered approach and a deep commitment to building partnerships, expanding audiences, and advancing an equitable and radically inclusive cultural landscape.
