With more than 18 years of experience in the music industry, Catalina is currently Senior Promoter/Booker and Director of Isla Presenta at Páramo Presenta, where she oversees artist bookings for Festival Cordillera and leads concerts and tours for artists such as Carlos Vives, Juanes, Natalia Lafourcade and Joaquín Sabina.

Throughout her career, she has also worked with EMI Music, RLM Colombia, Tyrona Eventos and Grupo Tu Boleta.

Elena Beltrami is the Director of La Linea – The London Latin Music Festival and Como No Promotions, the UK’s leading promoter of music from Latin America, Spain and Portugal.

For more than 30 years, Como No has built cultural bridges between Latin America and the UK, representing artists such as Gilberto Gil, Rubén Blades, Juanes, Natalia Lafourcade, Mon Laferte and Jorge Drexler.

Through her curatorial vision and leadership, Elena has played a key role in strengthening the Latin music scene in the UK.

Mirko Burazer is International Project Manager at the Croatian Music Export Office – We Move Music Croatia and COO of SHIP Showcase Festival & Music Conference.

He plays a key role in promoting Croatian artists internationally and connecting them with new opportunities across global markets.

Márk Bóna (“marka”) is a Budapest-based event manager and booker who has been part of the Sziget Festival team since 2004.

Thomas Golubić is a four-time Emmy nominated music supervisor, twice Grammy nominated record producer, podcast host and DJ based in Los Angeles. His music supervision credits include Pluribus, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Poker Face, Silo, The Walking Dead, Halt and Catch Fire, and Six Feet Under, among many other film & television projects.

In 2017, Thomas became the president of the Guild of Music Supervisors, the same year he was nominated for the first Outstanding Music Supervisor Emmy Award for his work on Better Call Saul. The Guild twice awarded Thomas with Best Music Supervision in a Television Drama for his work on Breaking Bad.

In 2014, Thomas programmed and launched the Guild of Music Supervisors ‘State of Music in Media’ conference, currently running over a decade. He has also served as producer and director of the Guild of Music Supervisor Awards.

Filip Košťálek is Artistic Director of Colours of Ostrava and a programmer and cultural producer with more than a decade of experience in the international festival scene.

Recognised by the European Festival Awards, IQ Magazine and Forbes 30 Under 30, he has played a key role in shaping innovative music programming and bringing global talent to audiences across Central Europe.

Enzo Massardo is a Music Supervisor and Music Producer with more than 20 years of experience in the industry, having built a distinguished career across film, television series, TV productions and advertising.

As a board member of the Asociación de Supervisión Musical de Habla Hispana (ASM), he leads the Education Committee, driving professional development and promoting technical standards for the music supervision sector at an international level.

Lisa Branigan (Nasta) is an event manager, music educator and luthier working at the intersection of music, sustainability and social impact.

She is the founding director of Re-Play Music C.I.C. and currently serves as Area Coordinator and Head of Production for Green Futures Field at Glastonbury.

Jenn Noya is a Music Supervisor and Music Rights Consultant with over 20 years of experience across television, film, and digital platforms.

She has worked on productions for Apple TV+, Prime Video, BBC One, and Sky Atlantic.

Jenn currently serves on the board of the Asociación de Supervisión Musical de Habla Hispana (ASM), helping drive professional development and collaboration among Spanish-speaking music supervisors worldwide.

Lena Obara is a Music Supervisor, Musicologist and Music Publisher with over 20 years of international experience across film, television, advertising and radio.

She bridges the gap between the creative and commercial sides of music, helping artists and rights holders maximise opportunities and revenue.

She is particularly known for recovering missing royalties in the audiovisual sector and ensuring music not only gets heard, but gets paid.
